Why Hilary Clinton will probabaly win the 2016 Presidential Election

Former United States Secretary of State Hilary Clinton and the wife of former United States President President William Clinton, is probably going to be running for President in 2016. And you know what? If she runs for President, I think she will probaly win. She will probabaly win for reasons that have nothing to do with her "abilities". And I am someone who does not like Hilary Clinton for a multiple of reasons, but have to deal with the harsh realities of the world we live in today.

Reason #1: She is the wife of former President Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton, who cant seem to stay out of the spot light is still considered a still living popular President. He has even been called the "first black President" that is before President Burak Obama became the President that is. 

Reason #2: She is a woman. Sad to say, but the simple fact that she is female will be a huge reason why people will vote for her.  Mostly from the female voter population. They will akin this completing their struggles from the Woman's suffrage movement from the early 1900's. She will get the female vote, just like a lot of people voted for Burak Obama because is black. Now, do I think Obama would still have won the 2008 election without that? Yes I do. Heck I voted for the man in that election, but for reasons that turned out to never come to fruition.

The sad fact even though people say they do not vote for someone because of race or gender is somewhat BS. People will vote for people who they "identify" with. I would hope the majority people would identify with what someones beliefs on how they believe the country should go, but as we learned in to 2008 election, that wasn't so.

Now, the only I think way someone from the "Republicans" will win is if they find a candidate that just blows it out of the park on every single issue and shreds everything she says to pieces. Even then, with people voting because she is female and the association with Bill Clinton, it will still be a close election.

Dont Speak Out against Syria, thats racist

Its a sad state of affairs when you speak out against an issue that has nothing to due with race and you are still called a racist. Only because the person who is pushing the issue happens to be black.

In an recent Hollywood Reporter article with Ed Ashner, talk about that the reason why "Hollywood" type people like Matt Damon, Mike Farrell, Tim Robbins, ect that were very anti-war during Bush Jr. do not speak out against President Obama about Syria. The reason you might ask? They do not want to look "anti-black". You also have people in the Congressional Black Caucasus telling its members to "hold their tongue" if they disagree with President Obama about Syria.

So, now that I am clear. We should not speak out about being against helping Syrian rebels, who have a large contingent of Al-Qaeda members because President Obama happens to be black.

Has the United States gone bat shit politically correctly insane? How is it racist to be against a war we have nothing do with? How is it racist or anti-black for being not wanting people who have said they will kill every Christian and every non Muslim? I actually think it shows a lot of racism that you are told not speak about this because the person who happens to be advocating is black.

With all that said, I have a question for those Hollywood types who do not want to be labeled "Anti-Black". Would you be so silent if Herman Cain was the President doing this?

IRS Target Conservative Groups

The IRS, which is also referred to as the most powerful collection agency in the world. The only agency where they can garnish your wages or your bank accounts without a court order. An agency, where they have little to any judicial oversight when it comes to their ways of collections and audits.

For most of us, we only have to deal with the IRS but once a year. For some, which are mostly businesses, they get to have their IRS does four times a year. I have been lucky and I mostly get a refund and usually do not owe the IRS when I file my yearly taxes. I also have had the luck of never been “flagged” for audits.

In 2011, many conservative groups, which put “conservative”, patriot” Tea Party” or other types of conservative names in their tax exempt status were audited. Not just a couple mind you, 100+ groups were wrongfully targeted for audits. The IRS has admitted that they were wrong and are trying to pin it on some “low level” employees in their Cincinnati office.

Now, I do not know about you, but this story doesn't sound right to me. Shortly after “tea Party” members help gain control the House for the Republicans, a small group of rogue agents starting audits on over 100 organizations filing for exempt status that used “Tea Party”, Patriot”, “Conservative” were flagged and audited.

Funny, no “Progressive” or “Liberal” organizations were flagged from that office. Funny how that works.

I am not saying who made the decision, but I seriously doubt they were some level employees gone rogue, out of an office in Cincinnati Ohio.

Now they are caught they are trying to use that excuse since they got caught with their pants down and now are trying to blame some low level employees. You would think if a large number of filings were being flagged out of one office, the higher level employees would have noticed and checked into it.

What Freedom of Speech means to me

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances”, 1st Amendment of the United States of America Constitution.

The 1st Amendment of the United States Constitution is the most important to me. It was also so important to the writers of the Constitution, it was the first one written. A freedom that I believe a lot of people have taken for granted.

The first amendment is much more than believing what you want to believe, saying what you want to say, and reporting the news unbiasedly. Its a way for the people to keep the Government in check. A way for the Government not to control the people, which through the likes of The Patriot Act, the NDAA, and HR-347.

All in the name of National Security and for YOUR protection. Not to mention how these also violate the 4th Amendment as well.

Most recently and what is not getting any attention by the so called “media” is HR-347. Which says that anywhere the Secret Service is working and they believe you are causing a “disturbance” is an arrestable offence and a felony. It does not specify what is a disturbance. So, in can be said that the protestors across the street were protesting peacefully, but they believed they were a “disturbance” and bingo, felony arrests. The person that is being protected does not even have to be there for this to take place either.

After the 1st Amendment is the 2nd Amendment to the United States Constitution, “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed” Other than protecting us from when the Government take too much control I believe this one is also their to protect the 1st Amendment. Funny, how that is under attack as well. Curious that amid all these bills that are restricting us, they are now trying to chip away at the 2nd Amendment. All in the name of your safety and for the Children. Because history has shown us that when the Government disarms the people, nothing ever bad happens to them...

But this is not mainly about the 2nd Amendment, but I note it, since it is our way to defend ourselves from the Government. Protect ourselves from the Government when we are not allowed to speak out anymore in fear of being taken to jail. Heck, in The founding fathers knew this might happen and that is why I believe they put the 2nd Amendment in.

Going back to the topic at hand, I believe the 1st Amendment is under attack. Not only by the Government, but by everyday people who get “offended” by something and then want that speech labeled as “hate speech” and wants it illegal to say it or at the very least, makes you have some sort of punishment for saying something people do not like.

Some people still can't wrap in their mind how I will protect the rights of someone saying something hateful like the KKK, Black Panthers, Westboro Baptist Church, etc to people fighting for civil rights, speaking out against the Government, protesting what they believe is unjust. I justify both arguments as long as they do not create a clear and present danger. Afterall, you cannot yell “fire” in a movie theater. You can cause a panic, which can lead to people getting hurt.

Now, let me say this, since people will try to take my words out of context. I do not agree, nor do I promote “hate speech”, but if its only words and no violence or inciting violence is involved, then it is just as protected as the someone preaching for “equality”.

What of my biggest pet peeves are the people who preach Freedom of Speech, as long as it doesn't “offend” them. Then they will say, well, that offends me, so you shouldn't be allowed to say that. Umm, no. Freedom of Speech goes both ways. Just because you do not like what they say, does not mean it should be censored from saying it.

Now, I am not saying there should not be any consequences for what you say at times. Just because you have the right to say anything you want, doesn't you mean will not get punished in one way or another. Freedom of Speech protects you from legal action against you for what you say. It does not, however protect you from not getting fired from a job for talking trash about them.

Shortly after Whitney Houston died, John and Ken from KFI 640AM in LA made a remark about her being a “crack hoe”. They were suspended for two weeks because of that. So, like in that case, there can be repercussions what what you say.

So, I guess I can sum it up like this. I will speak out for anyone who speaks out/demonstrates for what they believe as long it does not cause a clear and present danger. With that context in mind; no one should be able to tell them what they can or cannot say or suffer some kind of legal consequence.

Change the tribe, not the Chief

The elections are the crazy times in this great country. A time where brother goes against brother, shouting matching between people who never argue about anything else and families that break into all out brawls.

All these people are relatively smart and rational people, but when it comes to Politics, a lot of people result to primitive tribe like mentality. Some people I know going as far and stating with conviction, I will never, ever vote for someone in another party.

This is what I think is really wrong with Politics. Hell, there are times when both sides of the aisle are for the same outcome but can't even fathom to entertain the idea of how to do things if the idea came from the “other tribe”

The result is we really do not get anywhere. No matter how much hope and change people try to bring in, when both sides can't even get along unless that are absolutely forced to, nothing meaningful can get done.

Unfortunately, when one party or the other has complete control you get legislation that divides the country, such as the Affordable Healthcare Act.

No matter where you stand on the ACA, you cannot deny its a very dividing piece of legislation. Though President Obama pushed it, this is really the fault of the real change makers of the country. The Congress and Senate.

Remember that great line, “Lets vote for it so we can read it?”. Really? You are going to vote on a piece of legislation where most of the people voting for it at best briefly skimmed through it or read the synopsis that the author made?

Who knows how many times this has happened, but I doubt this is the first or last time.

Change starts from within, not from the top. If you just keep changing the Chief without changing how the tribe works, you will always get the same results.

If you are going to bring up talk Politics, you better know what you are talking about.

My dog started barking when something or someone is outside. She will bark at a plastic bag being blown by the wind, but since sometimes its at someone trying to come to the door, my girlfriend went to see what she was barking at. Luckily for this guy, since we do not have a fence outside, my dog was bound by a lease and wrapped it around one of the poles outside. My girlfriend warned him that she [my dog] might bite if she gets loose. He just stood there. This guy seemed either stupid or someone on a mission to pander or sell something.

Turns out, it was a guy who identified himself as a “community organizer” trying to get more community support for President Obama. Thinking this would be fun for me, I ask him why he supported Obama. His reasons were right out of the the Obama campaign talking points against Romney. Romney wants to take all woman’s rights away and he hates people that are not rich. He also said how Obama is for the working man. This organizer did not look happy when I brought up how it seems he is more interested with campaigning with Clooney, Jay Z and Beyonce other then speaking with Prime MinisterBenjamin Netanyah. Also did not like when I made the that the supposed out of touch rich people Obama seems to against he also finds himself aligning himself with during his campaign.

I then asked him how Obama was for the working man. He said that Obama saved Detroit and Romney would have just let them fail and/or out sourced. I then brought up how US tax dollars were used to be given to foreign companies to buy parts of GM, which a lot of those divisions were then outsources. I then made the comment how it seems weird that people are OK when Obama outsources using US tax dollars, but when Romney did this at Bain Capital with private money, that was horrible!. Mr Organizer was appeared to be getting upset and really couldn’t come up with a response.

Going off the Romney thing, since there is no way to argue or have an intelligent debate with someone who will not look or investigate the other side, I turned the conversation to talk about President Obama. I informed him that I did vote for Obama, but Obama has not come through with one campaign promise that I voted him in for and vent into detail about them. He then tried to say how the Republicans have been blocking him, to which I responded, his first two years there was a super majority where the Democrats were in control of the house and senate. I also brought up there has not been a budget for three years. Almost all the time Obama has been in office. You can see the smoke coming out of his ears trying to hold back some petty response how I am racist or something like that because I can tell he was getting upset, but he was not able to respond to anything I brought up.

To his credit, when I brought up Fast and Furious he did say he did not know anything about it so he could not form a response to it. I then explained it to him.

He then made the common statement when you criticize Obama that I must be for Romney. Where I informed him that I didn’t like either of them and I was a supporter of Dr. Ron Paul, but the media was disgusting on how they portrayed him.

I then brought up Libya and the whole debacle on that. Brought up how Obama without directly saying it, said he was sorry about the video that supposedly started this and how the US had nothing to do with it. I also brought up the new reports that Ambassador Stevens asked for more Security was ignored or denied on these request before the attack happened.The organizer then started to deflect asking well, how would Romney deal with it? To I responded, Romney is not the President, Barack Obama is and we are not talking about a candidate we are talking about the person who actually is holding the office.

The organizer then thanked me for my time and handed me one of his flyers.

To all people out there that are going to go door to door and support one candidate or another please know your shit. Especially if you consider yourself an “organizer”.

Dont be a drone to your political party

When it comes to Politics, its undeniable that sides are chosen. Like the old saying goes, there are two topics that should almost never be discussed, Religion and Politics.

Unfortunately, for those of us who like to talk and debate about Politics, it’s getting harder and harder to debate with people without getting one sided views. It’s also really sad to see that when some people do not agree with what you have to say, they succumb to calling people petty and profane names. Also, these people will say things that are sometimes proven wrong, only because "their party" said it was true. It seems that trying to have an intelligent debate with someone is like trying to explain ethics to a sociopath.

I for one am getting sick and tired of this. A lot of the people, who complain that this country is divided, are the same people who are causing the division. I am not even going to blame the politicians on this one. Not to say they don't have anything to do with it, but it’s our fault this is happening. Those politicians would not be in office if they were not voted in. This is not to say that the politicians are not to be held accountable for their actions, quite the contrary. They were voted in and they could be voted out by selecting someone else to take their place.

I really don't get why people will only vote for someone because of their political affiliation. I am a conservative, but last presidential election I voted for Obama. I did not vote for him because I believed the hype of hope and change; not because he would be the first "black" President, but because he said he would bring our troops home within a year of taking office, close Gitmo and bring back fiscal responsibility to a country deep in debt. I am not trying to make this about the President, but I am trying to make a point that you shouldn't just vote for someone just because they are part of the political party you belong to.

What I also do not like is when people will just vote for someone, even if they do not like them, because they are not the other guy. Too many times people are shut out of a race; be it by the media or even their own party because they do not toe the party line on everything. To better illustrate this, I give you Dr. Ron Paul. If more people stand up and say enough is enough we will win. With power by numbers at the voting booth, we can take this country back to where it needs to be. But it takes standing firm and not just doing what your "party" is telling you to do or how to vote.

To all the people who are citizens and legal residents of the United States that say "your President" or "your Governor". Even if you did not vote for him or her, he/she is our President/Governor. Like it or not, that's the way it works. It’s up to us to change it when it comes time to vote.
